A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Dr. Michael S. Lindner, St. Luke's Baptist Hospital, and San Antonio Gastroenterolofy Assocs. in connection with the preventable death of a patient.

Dr. Michael S. Linder was named as one of San Antonio's best doctors in a magazine, wasn't he? That magazine probably named many substandard doctors who probably got away with killing many of their patients.

"Doctors are just like lawyers; the only difference is that lawyers merely rob you whereas doctors rob you and KILL you"

"The more ignorant, reckless, and thoughtless a doctor is, the higher his reputation soars."

"I have noticed that doctors who fail in the practice of medicine have a tendency to seek one another's company and aid in consultation. A doctor who cannot recognize cardiac problems properly will recommend a gastroenterologist who is more incompetent and reckless."

I have referred medically complex patients to Dr. Lindner for a quarter century and have always found him to be very conscientious in regards to taking into consideration their multiple medical problems. Would his detractors want a world where physicians won't take care of high-risk patients?

Better not to treat them at all than to kill them with incompetence and gross negligence.

Sir: certainly if you knew Dr. Linder for a quarter of a century then you knew about the collateral damage he left behind with three previous lawsuits, two involving deaths, two were settled out of court. One presently is filed in the 57th Judicial District for a preventable death. Right? You can access this info at the courthouse. It is public knowledge. Then you sir, are part of the "Good ole boys club" covering the collateral damage left behind other doctors. This sir, makes you guilty too.

I agree 100% with everything you have stated, most people fail to realize that there are a lot of incompetent doctors out their and that people die everyday because of this. My cousins daughter who was 6 months old is now dead because of an incompetent doctor and his nurse. And I myself have suffered from a prostate infection going on for 2 years now and have failed multiple antibiotics that are shown to be sensitive to the e coli infection I have. I have believed as well as my family doctor that I have an abscess which is preventing the antibiotics from penetrating the prostate and killing the infection. He sends me to these brainless urologists who just don't get it, I have been trying to get a TRUS ( trans rectal ultrasound) to look for inside the prostate to see if their is an abscess stopping these drugs for penetrating, but the urologist doesn't care he just shoves more pills down my mouth that does not work. dangerous drugs like ciprofloxacin and levaquin which cause joint pain and even tendon rupture. And I have been put on these drugs as long as 120 days. doctors are fools

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that you are a fat, lazy, alcholic slob.
