you can collect lottery money if you have lottery people in different parts of the state that sells and redeem tickets. Every one is not honest and the people at some of these stores looks dishonest I walk in and right back out of the door

Why the winning lootery numbers are never sold in South Carolina? It's always another state therefore South Carolina is only manipulating the people for said education.

There should be something in place to fine those who don't pay or revoke their right to sell lottery tickets.Having to collect the money through lawsuits will just take more money away fromt the schools and students.

If the tickets were paid for before the stores get them, you would not have this problem. STOP giving them on consignment.

the SC lottery has some nerve, making this comment about money, when the SC lottery screwed my store out of 10,000 for selling the most raffle lottery tickets. It was promised that whatever store sold the most tickets, the employees in the store, not the store itself would share 10,000. Our pittstop store sold the most and the lottery commission didnt pay the money because they didnt sell the whole 100,000 tickets. When the lottery machines were freezing up, all the other stores got tired of rebooting their machines and just shut them down. Our store was the only one who rebooted all day and word got around that we were up>We worked our behinds off and the sc commission screwed us.
SC how can you complain about this, when in turn, you didn't pay us? I'm glad to see you getting screwed over like you did to us!

I feel that if retailers aren't doing right by the Lottery, then they should not be able to participate. End of discussion!

Why are people depending on the lottery when God said that he would supply ALL of our needs. You can have everything that you need if you put your trust in Him!!!

I wondered myself when it all started. Althought I wasn't sure, it's paying $4000 a year for my little girl to go to USC.

Because people don't understand the huge difference between "needs" and "wants".

IT SHOULD BE TOUGHER PENALTIES THAN WHAT WE HAVE IN PLACE ON THE RETAILERS ABOUT THE FEES. IF THEY WERE SENTCENED TO PRISON OR PROBATION, I BET THOSE FEES WILL BE PAID THEN. AND NOT JUST ON THE 3RD TIME AROUND ON NOT PAYING, IT'S AN AGREEMENT THEY MADE AND SHOULD BE KEPT ONCE THEY SIGN.
