I heard from the boy who was cut, that it was an accident.Yes a knife was involved. But the older teen was accidently cut while he was holding his brother down.He said he slipped and the knife cut his shoulder when he fell against it.He says the cuts to his hand were the result of him grabbing the knife and trying to take it away while he had his brother held down.He states that at no time did his brother try and stab or slash him, although he had ample opprotunity to do so."It was never my brothers intention to hurt me.He just wanted to scare me to stop bothering him."The older teen said.

I heard the same story, but that the older boy started it by tripping the younger boy while they were out walking and then punched him in the head after the younger one pushed him.It continued inside the house and the knife became involved after the older boy continue to call his brother names and slap him in the face.

Yeah Yeah...The cops have blown a brotherly fight out of proportion and turned a molehill into a mountain. As usual when the government gets involved someone gets screwed over. The one brother gets in trouble and the other one gets away with starting the whole thing.Of course anyone who has an older brother knows how it is.There really is no true justice amymore.I say once the parents get thier kid out they should look into sueing the cops and see if that slows them down the next time they come between brothers.

Here we go again.blaming the cops for doing thier job.it seems unfair to take one to jail and not the other, but we were`t there to see everything involved.from what i`ve read above it should of been taken care of by the parents before it ever got this far.the younger boy needs help coping with his anger and the older boy should of been delt with as far as his bulling of the younger one.i wonder how many of you would of done the same thing as the cops ,or something different.lets here from some of you....
