Ridgefield being one of those low income communities should have the rich people of Kansas pay for their water system. Just compare their house-hold incomes and you'll see how fair this is.

Murphy and Tinsley have been working for years AGAINST running lines to the condos! Who is kidding who. Read the old newspapers and hear it from their lips.
