I don't care what the NINETEEN EIGHTY THREE (1983) US Supreme Court rulings says. GPS devices do NOT apply. In that year, GPS did NOT exist.

These cops and prosecutores are violating the US Constitution and the US Code and MUST BE PUNISHED - PERIOD!
