If we were having a personal conversation and you made a similar stupid statement, I probably would call you an idiot, but without rancor in my voice. I would say it in a laughing manner, telling you that you've watched too much television. Women may try to get out of moving violations with sexual favors, but I doubt officers take advantage of the situation too often since the downside of getting caught is too great.(I'm sure it happens occasionally, but not often.)
