Just wondering if anyone else is sick of finding this "Ballston Spa Life" waiting on their lawn or front porch? It seems when I'm going around town on mondays that there are a lot of them still sitting there waiting to be picked up. Obviously these homeowners don't want them. How is this not littering?

I am so sick and tired of having to go pick up this thing from my driveway before someone drives over it. I have to waste my time disposing of it when I didn't even want it in the first place. But if I leave it sitting there it becomes an eyesore. I tried calling them to remove me from their mailing list and it worked for about 2 weeks and then they started coming again. Maybe we should save them up and leave them on their doorstep.

The paper is free. Bend over and pick it up.
Read it or throw it away. Can't believe that this bothers people. |

I consider those unwanted papers left on my property as litter. The people responsible should go around Ballston Spa on Tuesdays and reclaim everyone of the unwanted papers still left unclaimed. This may make them less responsible for littering as I consider them to be. I contacted their office and told them to stop dropping them off in front of my home. They did for a few weeks and this past Sunday there was another one sitting in my driveway. I'm hoping it was a new driver and he's a temp and will be brought to speed that I'm off the list...

so if I left my garbage on somebody elses lawn its not littering because its free...they could just keep it or throw it away. If they didn't ask for it then its unsolicited and therefore littering, end of story. Get this junk off my lawn!!!
