After a house fire we hired Joseph Toomey of Saratoga Essex Company. He DID NOT FINISH work he was CONTRACTED to do, in fact our home was left with only wall framing. Joe has not answered as to what we paid for vs the actual work completed. We are left to finish the work ourselves and the work that was done had to be REDONE. Please beware when hiring a contractor even those you THINK YOU CAN TRUST.
