slum lords in Winters

when my daughter was looking for an apartment close by so that she could care for me,the only thing that she could find were houses owned by a lady who apparently owns her own church...a baptist church! the houses were in such bad shape that they really should not be used to house any human being. i can see that there are a lot of good people in winters, but why aren't you all furious with this slum lord who is renting to people who are on a fixed income or people who are very low income...in other words she is lining her already bulging pockets with more money from the very poor. my daughter has moved so that i could have decent housing. i thank god for her and her efforts. i can only hope that people in winters will take note of the woman who owns all those white houses with blue trim and force her to stop taking advantage of people. make her clean her dump up!

YES! that WAS her name. one of those that probably gets her hair done once a month and then doesnt sleep without the toilet paper on it. haha. seriously, those places were AWFUL and she had sooo many. she acted like she was doing you a favor LETTING you rent the dump. why do the people of winters tolerate that kind of thing?

Nolita Rice has been doing this for years and years... She is a slum lord but I don't think the people that she takes advantage of know or have the resources to do anything about it. I wish someone would.

She is a horrible women, she exects people to do things for her for free, but charges out the butt when people come to her needing something.
She still owes my dad money for work he did for her. She uses the money that lines her pockets to handle any trouble that may come her way. That is why she is still doing what she is doing.
