Man shot and killed in Applebee's parking lot in Hendersonville

A man is dead and another is in critical condition following an attempted murder-suicide at the Applebee's on Four Seasons Boulevard that authorities say was precipitated by a love triangle.

They were fighting in our neighborhood before they went to applebees. So that's bull crap how the Bak lady was saying they were getting along and not fighting before the shooting. In the past They were always fighting over the stupid gold car

I hope you contacted the Hendersonville sheriffs department about what you said. This might be crucial evidence that the Bak girl is hiding from them.

she lives in our neighborhood and everyone heard them fighting...awhile before the shooting. The other neighbors who live the next condo over (1 door) told us when we pulled up that the boyfriend caught her in bed with the other guy in her condo. They then left. After we got done with dinner at a restaurant by Wal mart in Hendersonville we saw her car with all the cops layed out at the applebees...so really that is bull crap how she said she they were all getting along before. She probably just didn't want to look bad cuz she was being "shady".

Cody, was a very dear freind of my husband. He was a good man, son , brother and even a better father to his son Dawson! Is is a terrible thing that happened to him. I ask that the person that posted the comment about courtney bak and joseph fighting before the shooting to please step forward and let someone know! My prayers are with the family, friends and loved ones of "Russell Cody Flood" 03-02-1983/11-13-2009 RIP. You will forever be in all of our hearts!
