Yep, the girl can't take the heat. Mada has gotten herself into the kitchen, but can't cook! She is sick out and ill. Her failure to handle any stress is really quite interesting because that is what the top admins are supposed to do. Any stress makes her freak out like a little third grader afraid of snakes. But there at the DO in BP, she is surrounded by snakes.

It is called "hostile working environment", which is illegal. Taketani and Lew are both going vicious on a variety of unfortunate individuals. They do dirty deed after dirty deed to people and then laugh about it when someone has a stress attack. They "go after" people to "get rid" of them. They falsify WASC data, falsify credits for graduation, call people bad names in front of staff and otherwise create an extremely hostile work environment. It's about time Skarvana does something about all of this before his ship hits a legal iceberg!.

WE ARE TIRED OF YOUR WHINNING: If in fact the principal and vice principal are as vicious as you claim then why doesn't anyone else complain and don't give the story that they are too afraid to speak up. Rumor has it that (you), the secretary was shipped to Adult Ed where all that can not be placed anywhere else throughout the distrcit are sent to, possibly due to the sites not wanting them as part of their staff.

Well, to answer your inquiry, there have been six or seven who have spoken out and filed formal complaints etc...that I happen to be aware of. This has been happening for several years now since the woman was given this principal position without benefit of a interview or anything. She has friends in important places. Yep, Did you know that her best friend Jackie White did not even interview for her job either. I wonder if her father being a board member influenced her being promoted to High School Principal when her staff at North Park hated her. Conflict of interest !!

I am not the secretary as you seem to think. I do in fact know the secretary who happens to be a very smart, competent, hard working woman of integrity. That is why when she talked to an investigator who was working on another employee's harassment case against Taketani , she was put on the "hit" list by Taketani. She answered the investigators questions truthfully.

So why do you call this whinning? Who is "we"? Are you so jaded by the continuing district folly that you cannot hear the cries for help from those under seige at North Park?

Are we talking about the same secretary who happens to be a very smart, competent, hard working woman of integrity that was escorted out of the district office in the past? If she has so much integrity the interview with the investigator should have been confidential; which apparently she does not know the meaning of the word. Since you seem to know what was said then how confidential was that interview really? So were is her integrity now? The Jackie White & Taketani issue is so outdated and repetitious GET OVER IT AND ITS OVER & DONE WITH. Has anybody actually talked to any of the other classified employees to see if they need the F.B.I. to come to their rescue?

Don't you want to know that Principal Luis Cruz is off on a speaking tour regularly. What is he trying to get himself elected to? I sure hope he is taking official time off for this personal self aggrandizement and not doing it on school time. Cuevas........will you check on this please?

While Cruz was off campus at one of these speaking events, his VP Cisneros made a huge mistake. After some minor student misbehavior, he sent all the buses away, not letting any of BP students ride home that day. Three buses full of kids had to walk through the mean streets of BP without contacting their parents. Sounds like a bit of an over-reaction to me. There was a slew of parent complaints!
Cruz is taking his advice on how to run (or abandon) his high school from Cuevas and Mada who don't know how to run a big high school either. Auto-pilot is not a real good leadership in by book.

You shouldn't mention anything - specially if you don't work there. And by your comment - it is obvious you heard it from a third party. This is the disease this district suffers from; SWINE (slobs, pigs, porks) FLU: People who don't know facts and want to see good people get stuck in mud.

Facts are that the investigator/or the report that was made by him was leaked to Taketani, with names and what they said so that now she now had fuel and was better informed on who she should retaliate against. So you see, the investigator, or the person at district who received the report, broke the confidentiality here. Not the secretary! It is she who is being harassed in a hostile work environment by a Principal who is a known sociopath.
