City Clerk Susan Rubio could be headed toward an upset win over incumbent Anthony Bejarano in early election returns Tuesday for the City Council election.

Here is the secret absentee ballots get the dead and the retirement homes and the moved residents and you win just like LOZANO did. Lozano is the master for now but watch out when the dust settles on this lopsided election. The others are LAKE ,GARCIA and PACHECO for water board they all will have to answer to the election board.

Well, if you're gonna allege voter fraud b/c of the absentee votes, doesn't that have to include Rubio? Did you see her absentee vote totals? You can't have it both ways. If the election is tainted, then it must include Rubio.

I agree totally it goes both ways and who do you think helped LOZANO,LAKE and RUBIO?[JACK WHITE] Who made sure Bejarano would be gone again this name White keeps popping up. What should happen is a recount of the absentee ballots to see if these people are alive and if they even remember who they voted for. Using the elderly,non residents who don't live in the city but use peoples addresses in the city to swing the vote and the dead is just about the lowest thing since Vargas was mayor of this city and had to resign office. Garcia,Lozano, and Lake were all caught on film leaving the retirement homes with ballots. Until we clean up this illegal way to gat votes these slime will rule our cities.
