No!! You got to hit them when they are weak, depressed and disorganized. Keep on them until they are all out. Dont give them a chance to work behind the scenes to cut deals to save themselves. We cut the head off the snake but there's a lot of snake out there yet.

The puppets are hoping that Risha is the lightning rod: if he is the sacrificial lamb, they are hoping the voters dont come back for them. Risha took one for the team tonight. Getting Risha out lets Shar and the new board peel away the scab and see what Risha's been hiding up there.

I heard a lot of people are focusing on Risha now, just resigning doesnt mean he's out of the woods, plus the puppets that will carry on his work.
We have to rid the cancer completely. Risha was just the start,we have more work to do. Lets all pull together and work as a community.

if Capone could go down ...
- if Gotti could do down harder ...
- if Julius Caesar could end up as a Roman pin cushion ...
- if Nero's last sound could be that of an angry mob ...
- if Napoleon could be tossed out onto an island ...
- if the Nazi War Machine could be turned into mangled metal ...
- if the vast plantation infrastructure of the South could be torched all the way to the Atlantic coastline ...
- if the King of France could eventually end up crossing paths with a guillotine ...

... then anyone can be taken out of power, even a local thug who wouldnt face the firing squad, instead he gave up and quit.

Board President Ned Mervos, Vice President Albert Graham, Ms. Olasz, Kathleen Bracco and Michael Jakubovic voted in favor. The four who were opposed are Edward Schueler, John Donis, Michael Price and Richard Fialkovich.

"You can see he's in bad health," said Mr. Mervos of Mr. Risha, who wore a track suit and walked with a cane last night. "He did an outstanding job."

At the start of meeting, a slide show, set to David Bowie's "Changes," highlighted improvements during Mr. Risha's tenure.

The four employees who will receive severance if terminated are Philip Martell, assistant business manager, who makes $71,800 a year; Chuck Toth, director of maintenance,$48,400 a year; Sandy Wells, director of building and grounds,$60,000 a year; Scott Stephenson, activities coordinator,$61,300 a year.

Mr. Toth, Ms. Wells and Mr. Stephenson all have agreements that run into 2014. If terminated early, they would be eligible for six months severance pay.

Mr. Martell would be eligible for one year's severance pay if terminated early.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Taurus

Friends and partners aren't behaving as you would like today. They're eager to go their own way, much to your annoyance. In order to get round this you're going to have to ask yourself some tricky questions, such as whether you're trying to control everyone's behavior or whether they're being inconsiderate in wanting to do their own thing. It's a Full Moon and a lunar eclipse, so maybe you should all release the tension by making it a super New Year's Eve celebration?
