Its people like this that are responsible for ruining many lives and families. He should be arrested arraigned and sentenced to the fullest extent of the law. people don't realize but an automobile if driving irresponsibly can be a dangerous weapon. He needed to be stopped , he was stopped , now its up to the U,.S judicial system to hand down a sentence. Hopefully it is something meaninful.
