Okay. First, no need to lie to everyone and say you are an intelligent individual. Intelligent individuals don't say "Ya'll" and "did't". sorry to all that live in the terrace ave hempstead area you are in the spot light. as i have seen in the past all the bad areas return in the future to be prime areas.so start investing there now and turn a negative into a positive.

I commend you for pointing out how ignorant I was in using words such as "ya'll". I didn't mean to write "did't". That as an accident. It is completely understandable that you think i'm stupid.
