Jenny Craig is a great program but it is not for everyone, especially if you have health issues, this program is very commercialized and expensive in a way, Dr. K is great, he has a great weight loss program that is customized for you personally. I lost 50 lbs with Dr. K, I went to several weight loss programs in Bakersfield, only to fail. Dr. Kerendians weight loss program is the best,,,,,
