Michael Carlovsky is the best. Oh to Tonocilot, The person said the boy is living with his Father, what does that tell ya.

Curious: I assume that you have tried to work things out, if not try to do that. Work out a visiting agreement. If you willingly turned over full custody including rights you're going to find it hard to change it. Unless you can prove that you're Ex is unfit. Trying to start with limited visitation will be the best for you and your son. That will lead to a bonding which could lead to something else later and less expensive. Be prepared to pay up the nose for a lawyer. I know you son is worth it.

Do not call Ira Stoker. He and his staff provide very, very poor assistance. I was thoroughly disappointed.

I too am very disappointed to say the least. A family member has been trying to get a divorce going on two years now with Stoker as her attorney and he does nothing. His office can't even do so much as return phone calls, keep her informed of what is going on and what needs to be done and how to do it. All they do is add on to his bill if she calls him or trys to contact him. What good is he? And he is apparently in cahoots with her husband's lawyer because he does nothing also. Apparently the husband's lawyer has personal legal problems that prevent him from doing his job. We definitely should have looked into Stoker's background before hiring him.
