To bad people don't take all the time and energy that they are doing now to help heal this world and help in eradicating hunger, crime, abuse, drug problems. Yes, he was good and talented but he was just a HUMAN being who apparently had a problem with drugs. People have there priorities mixed up....

I cannot believe the worship this man(?) has received. He is nothing but a pedophile and a racist.

Amazing. The media trashed Jackson at every chance they could get for years. Now all of a sudden, they do an about face and treat the freak and child molester with tons of accolades. The fickleness cracks me up.

Was it just me, or did Blanket look like he was terrified of being seen? Every time a camera would pan the family, he was hiding his face with something, on stage he was in the skirts of his aunts. He looked like a child not shy in a very scary situation, but like a child who had been indoctrinated to never be seen in public.

I feel for the kids-they should not have been trotted out for the media. Michael is the only parent they know;even if he was a terrible parent, Paris would not have been able to say so.Most kids of 12 will defend even the worst parents. This specticle will not help his kids to move on at all....

Why should the City of Los Angeles absorb any of the cost associated with the Jackson memorial service? The cost of the memorial service should be borne by his family or his estate. Michael Jackson was a private citizen and public monies (nor taxpayer monies) should be used to pay any of the costs associated with a memorial service, no matter how famous the deceased. There is absolutely no way I would contribute one cent to help defray the City's expenses. A bill should be sent to Jackson's attorney(s) and the executor of his estate and a claim filed against his estate.

While I agree with you, I'm not going to get my shorts in a knot as you obviously have. You don't live there. Don't worry about it.

Just be glad that after 13 days, he's FINALLY been laid to rest and perhaps now we won't have to hear about him any longer.

You terrible people! MJ is a great entertainer and a superstar! He is a good person who donated his money, effort and energy to help many people besides that he entertained the world most of his life. Now he just died. You malicious people do not have a single good word to say! Shut your dirty month!! I hope you are cursed like this when you die. Of course, will not be by many people because very few people know who you losers are.

Overall, I was impressed with the service. It was a good ceremony, and everyone behaved well.
The only part we knew was coming was yet again having to watch MARIAH CAREY SHOW OFF HER DEEP CLEAVAGE.
Never mind that it's a funeral. MARIAH CAREY MUST NEVER WASTE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LET THE WORLD KNOW HOW LARGE HER BREASTS ARE!
Thank you Mariah for that reminder. Had I not seen your cleavage today for the umpteenth time, I would have had to to shoot myself tonight.
I look forward to (and live only for) the next time MARIAH CAREY GRANTS ME THE PRIVILEGE of letting me see HER CLEAVAGE!
I'm sure when she is 85 and in a nursing home, she'll be interviewed by Access Hollywood AND WE WILL ONCE AGAIN HAVE THE ULTIMATE THRILL OF SEEING HER HUGE BAZONGAS YET AGAIN!
Oh Lord of all that is good and holy, please see to it that I am long dead before that day comes to pass.
....... And Micheal Jackson was a freak?

Seriously, "ya'll" need to get over that you were slaves thing. Give me a F****N break with that talk already. Boooo Frikidy Hoooo
We know OK? We've all had the history lesson. You seem to be just as scarred as MJ was from getting a beat down from his dad when he was a boy.
I'm not white, I'm hispanic and I'm tired of hearing the same ol' sh*t. I also thought it was funny how Jamie Fox (on the BET awards) said that "ya'll" loaned MJ to us. What the F*** was that all about?

Don't you think over the years that the millions of $$$ MJ paid in state taxes to California, just might defray some of the costs!!! Not anyone's problem that CA/LA can't mange their monies... LA needs to stop the whining!!!

Seriously, was Michael Jackson that great? I've tried, but I can't for the life of me enjoy any of the songs he's ever written. He just sounds like a woman screeching in most of them.

If you weren't a fan before, you will not be a fan now. I disagree with you. Maybe you were listening to Amy Winehouse. haha
