Barnes & Nobles now has on public display two issues and numerous copies of XY Magazine, the cover of one issue showing a half naked boy who looks around 14 or 15 years of age on the cover in a suggestive pose. Inside the boy is shown with one of his hands down inside his pants apparently playing with his private parts. The other issue, ironically shows some photos of young boys/teenagers in karate uniforms, and with a samurai sword with lips locked in deep kisses.
This material looks like child pornography to me and material that is geared to stimulated pedophile adult males. This material is located in one store at the upper left top magazine rack along with other more legal gay male publications clearly geared to adult males. In the wake of the Bonfiglio investigation and other recently reported arrests for child molestation, I think it may be illegal and at least highly inapppropriate to have such material out in public where children may be walking by men salivating as they look through the pages. I don't think many parents would be happy having their young children and young teens seeing this perverted material.
I hope this situation comes to the attention of the District Attorneys of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

some aggressive preditor DA is at it again, start with one complaint and lets see how much we can keep adding. One of the games the DA and so called detectives like to play is called over "over charges". Their goal is to make sure if they lose one count they can still try to get you on another count. You know one charge carrys a lot of time, so you can clearly see the purpose of what they are doing. If he takes this to trial, the first thing the DA will do is degrade you as a person in front of a jury so you cant have a no possible chance to win your case. If a trial is taken and he loses you automaticly get the maximum on each charge. In other words winner takes all and loser gets screwed hard. If he takes a plea, count on the DA adding BS to the plea such as agreeing to everthing someone has said(true or not). One favorite thing detectives like to use is called suggestive questioning, and abusing there ability to lay charges on someone.
I do love the self righous people here, you seem to belive what ever the media writes it true. You have to do research on what those accused of this belive in order to see there have been some serious problems in a persons life. You all so need to understand how some of these DA's, lawyers, judges, detectives get a way with some of the things that they do. Mainly because everone thinks there the good guys, they and are able to hide some serious abuse of power, like most people who are given power over other humans.
of course some of you will get pissed off at this, but the truth hurts the most.
