Are you people expecting a parade or circus or "great rush" of TRAFFIC"?? If not why the hell dones your "1" traffic light have to be on 24/7? its ridiclous to have to set for a 2 minute light at 1200 to 0500 ...

It is on so that they can arrest people for speeding through the light which they have posted as a 25 mph zone. Did you notice how many times the speed limit changed within a mile? If you missed it, the answer would be six. 55-50-35-25-35-50-55. Did you know that they make more money in Mayor's Court than they receive in real estate taxes?

Actually, the light does "blink" between 12 AM and 6 AM. I am surprised someone has not mentioned the error in Speedtrap's comment sooner.
