have not heard that, don't think no one could afford to eat there, it would cost to much to heat and cool it. as for as a eye sore you need to spend your time on your business and quitt worying about what building, yards,,cars, spelling ect. looks like. things were a lot better and safe before we all got so up to do,(you know what I mean).
funny how people think, a person comes from a poor raising they go off to school get Masters or Phd's and then unless you get one you are the pitts.
I never saw an uneducated person looking down on a educated one but, i see lots of educated people looking down and making fun of uneducated ones.
in my life I have saw a lot of uneducated money put people off to school and then we get smart and think that we are better than ****,---,*we soon forget)
another thing I see is educated people throwing away money on their pet projects when it could keep job and increases going for people. yep we got to many people bout what looks good and not whats realy counts. convert all this wory to helping to pick people up not talking and tearing them down and you will become a better person.

Well, thank you "have not heard"...You know, it's people like you that we can count on to take a simple discussion and make it about a bunch of bullshit. It dosen't matter about education, the fact is the building looks like crap, and unless the owner is made to fix it up, it will be like that and continue to be an eyesoar!!! Thats the discussion, not who's educated and who's not!!! lOOSER.
just sayin

Bainbridge is a beautiful town. There are however one or two slumlords in town that own many buildings in the historic district who simply refuse to take care of their properties because they are big dumb jews.

Unless we keep our downtown area fixed up and attractive, new businesses won't give us a second look. I know it cost money to keep up your property but look at the money that was made out of that building. It would be good to see it in use again. The owner should clean it up and the lot next to it.
maybe this

Sometimes it don't really cost that much money to make a place look better. Just some body labor. You can make a showcase out of a shack just by how you keep the yards up and some landscaping. Keeping the grass cut, bushes trimmed, and move the trash and junk out of the yard goes a long way.
