To Jack B Jr. and Po Po, sorry you got passed over for the Viper team, and probably everything else you ever tried for. Don't be mad that you are not on the team OR heading it, probably just like kick ball on the school yard for you, except this time instead of being picked last, you didn't get picked at all...

Wow! Sure sounds like somebody was passed on a promotion to the team. I don't know who is own this team but I wish them the best of luck and I hope they hit the ground running. This city needs a more direct and aggressive approach to the problems in our city. I understand that the other officers have to answers calls and do other work that happens on a shift and cant give these problems the needed attention always....This will benefit the city more than we know....Once again good look and good hunting guys...I think BPS is doing a good job and have made vast improvements in the last couple of years.

Apparently from bainbridgega.com and the post searchlight the team is going to be a high crime unit. They will be working drugs, robbery's, and anything consider a criminal hazard to Bainbridge and the team is going to be set loose sometime in March or April. Rumor that the team is going to be Demretis Stubbs, Rusty Day, Gary Hines, and commanded by James Dollar. I think the team will work, all of those guys do a great job! GOOD LUCK GUYS!!

Didn't he say they would be starting in Mar. Or April? How are they supposed to have this solved before they get started? I don't think it's an easy task to solve these crimes. They have to have something to go on. What is needed is community involvement. Somebody knows who killed Wendy. They need to come forward with the information. Then proving it is the next problem. Good luck to the viper team. You all have a very large job ahead of you.

Is that how they figure out which cases to work? Family members only? Give me a break! Why haven't you solved it yet since you know so much about everything? Who are your prime suspects at this time? I will agree that it is very sad for the families that the killer has not been brought to justice, but some crimes are never solved. This might be one of them. And again it is very sad if it is this way.

I think that the guys on the team will do quite well. Most of them I have met either on the job or in a personal level and they are all very professional men and are sincerely trying to make a difference in society. I think that if they are allowed to do what they need to do there will be a drastic change in the environment on Broughton and Water Street. No one likes the drug activity. I think if they can keep the Chief from adding his two cents it will go even further to correct the crimes!!! Go get em viper!!!

i think that these officers are some of the best at bps. but they will only be able to do what is allowed of them by the higher ups. if funderburke will stay away, progress can be made. they definately picked some good officers. all of them are excellent as far as I know. i sure here a lot of activity on scanner for each of the "chosen ones." good luck and God bless each of them and their families cause I know they will be busy.
