Has anyone still got Internet? Mine was on and off yesterday and now it went off around 5 pm and hasn't been back on since.

Have you gone up to the office and signed up for Turner Broadband?...if not that could be why you don't have internet...just sayin

try to go to networks under my computer then network connections and enable it some of them were disabled

new office is across from the country store in west bainbridge . turner broadband . anyone not signing over from mainstreet bb , was going to be disconnected . there are signs up every where , and it was in the post searchlight as well .

It is in the shopping center by Nikki Lynns. You had to be signed up by 09/07/12 or you would lose service. It does not take long to sign up. I did last week and have service now.

These guys are great! Shane got my computer speed from slow ass to very fast, I was about to drop them, what great customer service!!!!

Does anyone know a phone number for technical support for turner broad band or perhaps an after hours number ? My internet has been being slow and now I don't have service at all . Thanks

I don't have a number. Unplug the power to the modem and to the router. Leave it off for about 5 minutes...plug in the modem first and about a minute later plug in the router. I have to do this a couple times a week. It will reset the router and keeps it going. This works most of the time

what about the new billing with turner broadband it gona cost you $3.00 more a month to get your bill, that just sucks. I don't understand this they either want your business or they don;t the phone company or light company don't charge you to send you a bill each month so why should they. as far as that so if i took so much off of mine every time its down during the month i wouldnt owe them anything they would owe me but that dont mean anything you still have to paay for something you cant use half of the time.

The 3.00 is to cover nominal cost. Comcast and many other businesses charge for billing. Billing does cost money. Ask any company.

It's an option. Not an edict. Look at it this way, because you an actually GET an electronic bill, you can EASILY store an electronic bill? Comes in real handy when there is dispute.

This goes right along with that new fangled technology called a cell phone? Or would you rather go back to payphones because it's "what you know"?

Take the $3 savings.

the only thing bad about Turner is there is no after hour number if your out your screwed till the next day. they just dont want to be bothered with their business after hours it's a shame

I have been a Turner customer for about a year and a half. I have two accounts, my home and my business.. I have had a lot of trouble with service. And I have found that they just plain DO-NOT-CARE-ABOUT - THEIR = CUSTOMERS.. They do not care if you have any internet service, or not.. And they don't care if you are getting the mbps speed that you are paying for, or not.. I am paying for 3 mbps, but every speed test I do shows less than one mbps. which is "VERY" slow.. I am presently looking for a new ISP.. Then turner will have "two" less accounts.... Also; I have found that the Turners have a very bad attitude when a customer complains about the bad service... I have made several attempts to speak to Shane. but he refuses to talk with me concerning the bad service..... TURNER BROADBAND, IS A BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.,

You have what your have because Breedlove just reached out to an ex-Air Force person, just like himself, and coronated him with the refuse left behind by another Air Force "Brother" Tom Patton and Carl Rowland. Each of which gained monetarily from the former Broadband provider. When Carl stopped paying subsidy to the provider, the provider packed up and left, leaving behind a broken down county tax paid system. Hey! That is where some of your lost and hard earned county tax dollars went. The legislature needs to change the county's name to "Dumbass County" in honor of those who have served so callously on the County's Commission.
