I think he has. Planned Parenthood has his firm listed as a place where you can get an abortion.

Call Gergia Right to Life. They will tell you exactly why he does not have their endorsement. He does not deserve it, either.

He attends several church groups and Bible studies. Plus, he issued a statement that he is pro-life.

Is Dean Burke pro-life? Don't know but I do know that Georgia Right to Life will not endorse him. That should tell you something.

Why won't Dean Burke debate? Don't know but maybe he doesn't want to answer the tough questions. He won't even debate in his hometown. That should tell you something.

Dean Burke is claiming that he is a political newbie whose "first time" campaign is a grassroots organization. He also claims that his opponent is a politically powerful career politician. If that were true then why is Dean out fundraising his opponent by 400%? Why does Dean have the support of all the state level representatives and politicians in the district? Why does Dean have the support of the extreme wealthy in the district? Why doesn't he mention that he ran for this very same seat in 1998?

In one press release Dean touts his fundraising but is quoted at saying he had no idea what to expect because this is his first campaign. He goes on to blast his opponent for loaning his campaign money. Then at the end he again refers to his campaign as a "first time" grassroots campaign. But the truth is this isn't his first time. He raised over 80,000 in 1998 to run against Harold Ragan for Senate District 11. He also loaned his campaign over $13,000 for that race in 1998. He knew what to expect and this isn't his first race. Why are all the Atlanta politicians backing Dean? Probably because they know that he will vote with the party and give us more T-Splost bills and Commissions in Atlanta.

Dean Burke is not new to politics. His campaign is being fueled by the politically powerful and wealthy of the district. Dean Burke also claims on his Dr. Dean blog that he splits time between his home in Bainbridge and his home in Costa Rica. Do we want a representative that isn't there all the time? By the way his home in Costa Rica isn't listed anywhere on his personal financial disclosures that are filed with the State Ethics Commission.

Lastly, check out the following blog from Dr. Dean's millionaire nurses blog.

http://blog.themillionairenurse.com/2010/07/1...

Is this really the guy you want to be your senator? Too many questions. He has played the game good and has alot of people fooled. Especially in Bainbridge and Donalsonville. Time to wake up and do a little research. If you are happy with the games that are played in Atlanta and happy with continuing to lose more local control in Southwest Georgia, then Dean Burke is your guy.

Look up Mike Keown's record as a state representative. I promise you nobody went against the majority more than Keown. He doesn't play the game. He is a true representative.

Again, why won't Dean Burke debate? I wonder why!

We were expecting our first child and had to do this triple screen test, and his partner defintly mentioned abortion as an option if the test came back bad.

Why does it matter what he's for?? If you had a daughter or wife and they got raped and ended up pregnant would you want that baby in your life? People have a choice on what they wanna do with their selves it's kinda why we live in a FREE nation!

Sorry, you are right about the law, but grossly mistaken about morals and ethics. If life is sacred, then the manner of concetion is immaterial to the sacredness of the life. Period. Peopple were free in the free country to own and beat other people. Just because it was legal, didn't make it moral or ethical.

Santa, the issue is where does he stand. In this day and age, Life is a core value and people just want to know the doctor stands on Life. Do you know if he is pro life? Do you know why the Georgia Right to Life has not endorsed him?

I don't care if he was a damn clown. Life is precious to the person who lives it. Imagine if you were homeless and were HIV positive how happy would you be? If he is for it how does that effect you?

This is not true. I went to planned parenthoods website and neither Dr. Burke nor his office were listed there as abortion providers.

I'm just looking for the truth here people. Can we just stop with the political BS and someone give me some real proof that Dr. Burke is not pro-life?

His website says he is, but his comments on his blog make me wonder.

No, a political endoresement from a political organization is not enough for me. I want to know if he is actually pro-life or not.

And you have already lied about him being listed on Planned Parenthood's website so why would I believe anything you say now?

Joe, I suggest you ask him. He needs to explain his statements on his blog, the deal with Planned Parenthood, why he hasn't been endorsed by GRTL, why he wont debate....

What deal with planned parenthood? I already looked on their website. He's not there.

I looked at the GARTL website, they explained they will always endorse known prolife incumbents over unknown prolife candidates.

His comments on his blog do raise questions and I agree he should clarify them and also debate.
