Developers say they are hoping the sale of some or all of the property will help jump start the Silver Star plan to develop a multi-million-dollar project that has been in the works for more than three years.(I have yet to see Armitage involved in a multi-million-dollar project except to scam the people he is involved with.- Hide and watch...)

The plan fits in with the planned development of the Bagnell Dam Strip Association and the Horseshoe Bend Parkway.(All he and Monte Davidson is after is the BDSA money they hopes to get. Shysters!!!!!)

The sign advertising 100 acres of property for sale at the south end of Bagnell Dam is part of a plan to raise additional capital for the Silver Star project. It is not an indication that the developers plan to scrap their project, according to Ron Armitage and Monte Davidson of Silver Star.(We will see) Crooks!!!!!
