Camden County bypass opens just in time for holiday crunch

Drivers heading to and from Lake of the Ozarks can now skip past a traffic headache, thanks to the new Highway 5 in Camden County that opened earlier this week.

They've done a poor job with the signs and the access points aren't really smooth, I'll give you that. However, I've got to think it's much quicker than before, since you don't have to drive through the north half of Camdenton on 5 now... I just got home from Lebanon and it's definitely much quicker getting from town to High Brothers than it was before. It still took an hour to get home though, because there was a horrific crash north of Lebanon near that Italian restaurant. Unbelievably demolished vehicles!

I'm curious as to how this made the Poplar Bluff board?
