Maybe. I do not think he/she has the board configured correctly. The news fader feed suggests that no registration is required but I see no option to post.

I sense a newbie is behind the bbs. However, his/her choice of SMF was a good call, imho. I like SMF as it's quite user friendly. What I do not like is his/her choice of free hosting...you get what you pay for and smfnew.com is iffy at best.

Yes, it does. If that graphic was produced specifically for the site logo then someone spent more time on it than the site itself. The render is probably stock or ripped from a cg gallery, imho.

All this talk about IP's is much to do about nothing. I doubt the overburdened court system has time to listen to someone complain about a website.
My advice would be to keep your nose clean, and they will have less to talk about. I do know somethings on here are lies, but if you ignore them, the antogonist will grow tired when he doesnt get the response he/she likes. The best way I have seen to get everyone jumping on you is to fire back with an explicative-filled rant. Nobody likes a keyboard commando
