Showing films is a good way to heighten awareness. The problem is there is no permanence. We become dismissed as radicas. What I mean is that if this gathering were a regular meeting of a defacto Prescott Area Council of Concerned Citizens, and we reported our findings on this issue to our representatives and to the press, we might inspire other councils to be formed and build a communications layer between, We The People, and the deaf representatives in D.C.
