PV police arrest man, two teens on burglary charges

Prescott Valley Police arrested one man and two teens on Thursday for their involvement in commercial and residential burglaries in Yavapai County. Police said Earl Osborn, 26, of Prescott Valley and Clinton Vaughn, 18, of Prescott Valley and a 16-year-old male suspect also of Prescott Valley were involved in several burglaries in Yavapai County.
