This is the night the media and State Troopers came to pick Brock up.
He was suppose to be back at the hospital the next morning.
He still had bleeding and fluid on the brain.
You can see where they shave his head , and where the bolt was in his head.
He never recieved anymore medical treatments.
But God saved him that night and is still watching over him. God knows Brock didn't do this on intentionally. And God knows who and what they did.

Duh.... Drunk drinker don't intentionally hir or kill someone. I believe God knows Brock was drunk that nite. Will you ever admit that if Brock wasn't drinking that night that this wouldn't have happen.
If Brock was still as injuried as you claim he was, why wasn't he still in the hospital.
Brock's injuries were a result of his reckless behavior, his reckless behavior also caused the death of 2 people.
You could round up everyone at the party, it wouldn't change what your son did. STOP trying to play the blame game.

Whatever you are corrected, if I was in your shoes I guess I wouldn't just sit back and say nothing. I probably would use what my child DID, and go out and talk to other about the danger of drinking and driving. What you shouldn't be allowed to do, is make Brock out to be a victim. You shouldn't have allowed your son to continue to have access to his vehicle if you were aware of his drinking.There are innocent people in jail, but Brock IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

I am very sorry that you lost your son in a tragic accident with a drunk driver.
All I'm trying to do , is to get people to understand that this was not Brock Franklin that nite. He was drugged , and set up.
I feel terrible about anyone that has been hit by a drunk driver. Brock does not like drunk drivers either. If any of you read the transcript. He says, to Goodenow that when he would see stuff like that on TV he would change the channel.
Something went seriously wrong that night and Brock would not have driven drunk, intentionally.
Again, I hate that this brings up any memories of your son you lost.
And I do hope and pray one day , people will understand this whole situation, about the fight,drugging, and set up.

I'm sure you read your son's transcript, and are aware of how much he had to drink. If he drove to the party and he was drinking there how was he planning on getting home?
Are you saying that despite how much he drunk, he would have been alright if he hadn't been "drugged". Maybe you should become knowledgeable about the effects alcohol has on someone.

If I'm so clueless than correct me if I'm wrong. Was he driving drunk, did he kill 2 people? The question has been asked of you several times, what do you feel Brock is responsible for that nite?
You are clueless, even with your son saying how much alochol he consumed that nite you still don't want to believe it. I guess your own son is clueless also.
