Thanks P L Nester for that comment. That's who my comment was directed to. People have hard hearts these days. But you reap what you sew. Therefore, one day some of these people are going to need our compassion and understanding like this little girls family. And I bet then they will be ashamed and beg for our understanding for their situation. And you and I being who we are we will give them just that. Because that's how God intended for everyone to be. PEOPLE ONCE MORE LET GOD DO THE JUDGING!

even though yung people attempt to make adult decisions at young ages how often do adult make wrong decisions as well. i have been in and out of instituations since i was younger than her. and often times is more detrimental than life-changing. i do agree she should be punished but we dont know enough of her life story to decide how.

Yes, yes...judge not....let he who is without sin....and all the other quotes.
So what do you suggest be done, nothing? I'd like to see you say all those things if it were your child that was stabbed to death.
Crimes must be punished or there are no consequenses for criminal actions.

If it were my child that had been stabbed to death I would still have compassion and concern for the child who did it. Yes I would be lost, angry, beside myself, etc.... the list goes on and on. You must not read a BIBLE! The way you poke fun at scripture used by others. GET REAL! All some of you people think about is more misery to be made! Sorry but if you can't have concern, compassion, and worry for a CHILD then you are SICK! Stop judging that litle girl and let God do that. Pray for her instead!

and i thank God that i don't have to know the pain the little boys family have gone through, Nor do I have to be the little girls family as well. I do not relish the thought of haveing the pictures of theose days events captured in my mind for the rest of my life as both familys will have yr after yr,An I have no way of passing sentence on the little girl, an can't.Nor bring back the little boy. But I can pray that what ever does come from this will be the will of God, not some more grief for the familys.
And your Crimes must be punished, or no consequenes for criminal actions. Lets be fair here. ok What started me was eeveryones hang the girl, No one knows what happened, no details, no nothing only that a 14 yr old kiled a 12 yr old boy. I watch the news got lilttle from that . An still don't k much more than that.
So look at crimes, unpunshed, prisons over flowing, no end in site, more being build, no end in site.Laws don't don't work. they are design to make u a criminal so law can be passed to stop this kind of thing from happing. oops to late another one, voilents on tv drugs in school gun rape hate crimes childern killing childern, beer, sex. were did the childern learn this from? ol from watching us grown ups. How left God out side . no prayer in school. no christmas plays in scool, becasue it will upset some one how doesn't want to hear that he is a sinner in the eye of God. WE have no diretion in moral's no care in compassions. Ol I said enough . May God 's blessing find peace in all this

News flash you pious hollier-than-thous.
I HAVE read the Bible and attend church weekly.
I believe there is a time for turning the other cheek and then there is a time for an eye for an eye.
If it were up to you how to punish this girl and you let her live (beacause even with a prison sentence she will eventually be parolled) and she hurt/killed someone again then it would be YOUR fault.
I stand by my opinion. The death sentence should be applied here. And before you say something asking if I could be the one to execute her, yes if I was given the duty to pull the switch or inject the lethal chemicals myself I would.

Don't complain about crime and then refuse to punish the guilty.

You are CRAZY THIRD PARTY! Why don't you go by a real name? Are you a COWARD or are you afraid to be found out by your church the kind of person you really are?!!
I feel sorry for the people that you come in contact with! How can you go to church and at the same time feel the way that you do? Don't know what God you worship but I think you may have to look down to see whose footsteps you are following in.(DEVIL) CHRISTIANS don't have hatred and the cold heart that YOU seem to have!
Do you mean that you turn the other cheek when it comes to the BIBLE? That really made no sense. Your taking (TURNING THE OTHER CHEEK)and INTERPRETING it to mean what you want it to mean!
REREAD YOUR BIBLE Third Party and everyone lets please pray for this person!
THIRD PARTY CALLED US (HOLIER THAN THOU PEOPLE) AND YET SHE/HE TENDS CHURCH ON A WEEKLY BASIS! LOL

This will be a life sentence with parole in 30 years. It should be consider migitated first-degree murder with a sentence 25-28 years.

But George does not allow judges flexibility in sentencing in murder cases and therefore, the sentence will be considered to be excessive due to the age of the offender which is a significantly migitating factor

You are a moron. The death penalty has been illegal for people convicted of crime under 18 years old since 2005.

P L Nester I have been out of town for a while. Sick family member. I ask that everyone please pray for my dad. It has been touch and go for days. Prayer has already greatly helped him. They didn't expect him to live but he is getting better and better daily. He came off of continueous dialysis and hopefully the respirator today. So please say a prayer for him.
And for this situation I pray for everyone in it. I didn't know the little girls name either. Glad someone did though.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Capricorn

You're in a very generous and kind frame of mind today, and you'll go out of your way to help others if you think they need it. You might donate some money to a good cause or decide that charity begins at home. If you're buying gifts for some of your loved ones it will be difficult to know when to stop, because you could easily get carried away.
