The two were passengers in a 1992 Toyota Camry being driven by Falene Sylvain's brother, Isaac Sylvain, 20. The driver was taken to Huntington Hospital with serious injuries, police said. Police issued him a summons for driving without a license. <here we go again ,no license

This is very sad and very scary.
One driver is unlicensed and the
other drives an uninspected truck.

Hey Scott - you'll live a long life if you don't SPEED! What the **** do you think caused this accident? Going too fast! Take it nice and easy and you'll reach 100, not like these speed freaks. Very sad, but it didn't have to happen.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight, because we ALL KNOW that you can NEVER lose control of an automobile on a wet raodway if you are driving the legal speeed!

Do you actually listen to yourself?! Speed should be the least of your worries- its d o u c h e bags like you that cause accidents by driving 30 in a 55.

Twenty yr. old driver with no license, makes you wonder. He lost control of his vehicle because the road was wet? My guess is two people lost their lives due to his inability to drive, he has to live with that now.

You are very wrong if you are driving 30 in a 55 you will have control of your car and will be able to stop. Driving slow does not kill speed kills

While we are on the subject of unlicensed drivers, does anyone know how many license plates are legally supposed to be on a vehicle? DMV gives you 2, but there are so many cars on the road with just a front or a rear plate. Is the second plate somewhere else, perhaps on an unregistered vehicle?

It was raining lightly this morning and most drivers "in the know", unlike those who drive with their head firmly planted up their #ss, are familiar with the fact that light rain, unlike pouring rain, does not wash away the oil that rises up to and floats on the surface of the road making the road EXTRA slippery which requires EXTRA caution when driving on them.

Yes but I think his point was that you don't have to be driving fast to get into a car accident. Most people jump to the conclusion that speed was a factor, without knowing the details of what happened.
