If it on the ballot I am going yo vote for it. My state my County my City have no money and my neighbors have no money many of them have been out of work for over a year. Some are starting to go back to work. The Governor wants to take any thing they might be recieveing. Folk the unemployment in the IE is 15% we have to do something because Sacramento will do nothing except try and raise taxes. Vote for it.

This years drought is consistent with predictions that global climate change would bring about weather extremes including more frequent droughts, as stated in a report released November 19, 2012 Monday.
The Iowa Climate Statement report, reflecting the years lingering drought and the belief that it signifies what many scientists have predicted increasing instability in weather patterns will lead to extremes during both wet and dry years.
