Quit hiding Hunley. tell us why you are considered non credible. Judges, newspaper reporters and the general public all agree. HUNLEY IS NOT CREDIBlE. Tell us Hunley, how did those cases turn out for you? You know the ones, law suits where the Judge reprimanded you for lying, the criminal case that sent you to prison, the law suits that you lost regarding your neighbor. The one where you jumped the wall and looked into your neighbors windows. And if course, the one where you were issued a restraining order, ordering you to keep away from a poor little girl. What is it? 50 or 100 feet that you can't get near her.

California politicians busted for spending taxpayer money on New York entertainment

As if New York doesn't have enough crooked politicians of its own ...

The bright lights of Broadway beckoned corrupt California officials to cross the continent and spend taxpayer money on nights at theaters, baseball games and pricey dinners at the Big Apple's finest bistros, authorities charged yesterday.

The four were from Irwindale, a bustling metropolis of just over 1,400 people where the main entertainment is watching cars at the local speedway.

The bureaucrats and politicians did have enough taste to pass on Los Angeles, just 20 miles away, for the allure of the world's greatest city.

SMALL-TOWN 'BIG' THINKERS: Irwindale, Calif., City Councilman Mark Breceda (left) and former Councilwoman Rosemary Ramirez appear in court yesterday to face charges they and two colleagues illegally lavished the charms of the Big Apple on themselves with taxpayer money.

They were busted yesterday for misappropriating public funds to finance the trips, which took place between 2001 and 2005.

They claimed they had to come to New York to pitch for a higher municipal-bond rating, and they did manage to squeeze in some time on Wall Street when they weren't hanging out in Times Square.

They lived high on the New York hog, staying in five-star hotels, guzzling $250 bottles of wine and spending evenings on Broadway watching "Mamma Mia" and "Phantom of the Opera," authorities said.

"Mostly they partied quite a bit," Los Angeles Deputy DA Nipa Cook said.

"They spent money on Mets and Yankee games and Broadway shows."

Councilman Mark Breceda, retired City Manager Steve Blancarte and retired finance director Abe De Dios are charged with five felony counts. Former Councilwoman Rosemary Ramirez faces one count.

Prosecutors said the officials used public money to pay for $250 Yankee tickets; $260 tickets to "Follies" on Broadway and $1,027 for brunch at The River Café.

On a trip in 2003, they had only eight hours of scheduled meetings, yet they spent six nights at the lavish Ritz-Carlton, checking in on a Saturday night, even though no business meetings were scheduled for Sunday.

They also saw a matinee of "Jackie Mason's Laughing Room Only" followed by dinner at Atelier on Central Park South.

Former Councilwoman Rosemary Gutierrez, who came along on one of the trips but was not charged with a crime, justified their actions by saying New York is an expensive place to do business.

"It's not like we were meeting in Irwindale or in the state of California," she told reporters. "It was New York."

What is it that you are afraid of? You know I'll find out about how much time you spent in Leavenworth ? I already have the info you were there. I'm just waiting to confirm it before I post it. And you know what you did, do you really want me to expose you even more, or are you willing to tell us in your own words?

Where are the true facts Hunley. Not newspaper articles. Facts like these. I am not rosy, and I have not posted that you were convicted of rape nor spent time in Levenwoth. I posted that my sources are telling me that you were. I also stateted that once I confirm that information, I will post it. I have offered you the courtesy of informing us of your criminal actions before I expose you. Funny that you will answer those questions but still won't answer the others. Is it that you are guilty of my other findings? Hunley, I told you, answer the questions about your credibility or i will expose you as the criminal that you are. I will ask you again, why were you dishonorably discharged from the military? If you continue to skirt the question, i will believe my sources. Currently my sources say that it was do to a rape. If that is not true then tell us why. My source also say thay you were to Levenworth. If that is not true then tell us where you spent your sentence. Also, how many restraining order are there against you. Why do you talk against police officer who arrested you, when all they did was their job. You broke the law and deserved to be arrested for it. Why must you talk about others people's allegations when you are the only one convicted. Appearently, you dont appreicate it when people talk about you, but you feel its ok to talk about (in your words, "retards") or people with warts on the face and how they are drunk and ugly hags. I think rosy has a defamation suit against you. Also families with special needs family members also have an ADA federal case against you. I am not rosy nor am I afraid of you. Feel free to contact the DA's office. They can trace my IP address. I have saved all of your blogs showing you as you truly are. A bigot racist who post blogs about others mental capacity or facial characteristics. Then we shal see who the DA files charges against.

Hunley, why did the newspaper reporter write an article about you not being credible? Did he talk to the judge that told you to stop making calls to your neighbors boss and making false accusations against him. Sounds like both the judge and the reporter feel you are a lair.

Really? That's all you got Hunley? I expose you as the convicted criminal you are and your only come back is to talk on other posts about Rosy's facial characteristics? Wow, what's next? Are you going to tell her to go to Mexico, or are you going to speak of nonsense of her daughter? Face it Hunley. As of today? You are the only convicted criminal who has had Judges reprimand in open court an has had restraining orders granted against. Exposed and checkmate!

Again, that's all you got? Really? I expose you as the convicted criminal you are and your only come back is to talk about Rosy. Stop your love affair. She is a married moman. As of today? You are the only convicted criminal who has had Judges reprimand in open court an has had restraining orders granted against. I suppose if the DA does contact me, I can just show them your blogs about Rosy. And in reading the penal code section, it does not apply. You see, it takes two. You write to me and Rosy and I write back to you. You taunt me and I reply. Therefore, no crime. If you stop, I stop. It's that simple.

1. Hardin's request for orders to stop harassment.

On July 10, 2008, John Hardin filed a request for orders to stop harassment.   It alleged Hunley, his neighbor of 14 years, jumped over the fence into Hardin's yard in the City of Duarte and threatened to kick Hardin's ass.   Hardin claimed he feared Hunley would become increasingly violent and would continue to intimidate Hardin and his family.   The request also alleged Hunley had undertaken a campaign to get Hardin fired from his job as an officer of the Los Angeles Police Department by filing false personnel complaints based on Hardin's asserted off-duty misconduct.   Hardin stated Hunley once called Hardin's work and made false allegations against Hardin and he distributed a flyer encouraging the residents of the neighborhood to get Hardin fired.

A letter from one such resident attached to the request indicated he was friends with both Hunley and Hardin, they were involved in a dispute over the height of a fence and Hunley has conducted a campaign to get Hardin fired by defaming his character.

2. Hunley's response.

Hunley filed a response asserting Hardin failed to demonstrate a credible threat of violence and failed to allege any act of violence.   The response further asserted Hardin had harassed Hunley and his family.   Hunley had filed complaints of vandalism, which he suspected had been perpetrated by Hardin, with the Sheriff's Department which had police jurisdiction of the area.

3. The trial court's ruling.

After conducting a hearing, the trial court ordered Hunley “not to report anything to [Hardin's] employer without court order in advance.”

Hundley filed a motion to vacate the restraining order.   In denying Hunley's motion, the trial court modified the order to direct Hunley “to refrain from reporting any conduct by [Hardin], outside his performance as a police officer, to [Hardin's] employer.”   We interpret this modification to retain the requirement that Hunley obtain a court order prior to filing a complaint with the Los Angeles Police Department based on Hardin's asserted off-duty misconduct.
