You would think someone that used to work for the police department would know better than to hurt a child. And, it is a sad thing that he killed himself, instead of the child's parents getting to see justice done. I am a parent of an 11 year old, and if anyone hurt my child, I would want to see justice done. I guess by the man killing himself was justice enough. At least it would be for me, cause that man deserved to die anyway.

I wonder how he got a hold of a electrical cord in jail...I thought that the radios they used were cordless. How tall was the table and if he was found under then it must have been a pretty tall one...From what I unserstand he isn't the shortest man...How was he able to hang himself....Sure, something should have been done for what he did to a child if it is what happened but I think there is more to the story than PARKER COUNTY JAIL wants to speak about.
I am all for the man being gone if he wasn't innocent but from my understang he was just acccused and not convicted yet...
I do know that Parker Count Jail is ran by some very crooked people and the way they treat some of the inmates are insame.

I just want to let everyone know that he is my uncle and will be terribly missed by all. They found him on the floor so how was it a hanging?????????? There will be justice in the end for who ever had help in on this. He would not do something like this to himself. And as far as him running from the law that was not true he was returning to Tx to turn himself in because he heard that he was being accused of molesting his step daughter. He was not even convicted just accusations where made about him. The truth will come out one day and if it don't down here on earth then it will when they have to answer to the GOOD LORD UPSTAIRS. Parker County Jail is not a good place and there is way way way more to this story than what anyone put in the papers!!!!!!!!!! That is all I have to say for now I love you Uncle Frankie and may you rest in peace.

I'm just curious to know why most of the inmates were tranported to other jails shortly after this happen. That tells me that Parker County had something to do with it or they wouldn't be removing all the witnesses.....

How sad!Goes to show you really never know someone. It was not even proven he had molested anyone but once that accusation is made that person is marked and condemned for life even if it is proven they did not do it.People will still judge them.Then there are the tried and convicted that get a slap on the wrist.The child's life is ruined.The pervert that did this often gets away by saying "I will kill your family.Nobody will believe you.Everyone will think you are bad or Would it make you happy if I killed myself?" What this person does to that child is every bit as bad as if they had murdered that child.I used to be against the death penalty but have had second thoughts.These perverts can not be rehabilitated ,they are just like serial killers,they have crossed the line and point of no return.There often is no remorse,They have no respect for themselves so obviously they have no respect for others. We as tax payers have to support these people while they live tax free,eat better than some of us,get a free education,free medical etc.I know people that have personally been through this and you never recover.It is hard to believe how common it is hearing about child molesting and pedophiles.I personally know of an undocumented pedophile that committed incest with his brother's little daughter years ago.He is the most vile,crude,rude,lewd,verbally, emotionally and sneaky and coniving person I have ever met. She told a counselor about it and he never did anything.This girl grew up thinking that behavior was normal from age 9 to 15 until she started hanging out with friends and saw that did not happen to her friends. She is now a young mother of two small children and is an excellent mother.She does not bring her children near this pervert.Sh left the state.I am so proud of her.We talk frequently.Just listen to your child when they tell you something,do not judge them, turn a deaf ear.They love you,depend on you and need you.rally listen

I am a member of the Weatherford Young Marines. He was my drill instructor and in many ways my dad. He tought me what I know and made me the person I am today. I know for a fact that he did the things he was accused of doing. I have stayed countless nights at the Tucker's house and have heard the entire story from all three females living in the house. Anybody who would go on the run and then kill themself is a guilty person. If you have any doubts about it then your brain might as well be removed because you dont know how to use it.

ok i heard about this hanging from my husband who said he man hung there for hours till anyone noticed, he was moved the next day to another jail. but what about the other man that drank a bottle of cleaning solution and didnt get found for about 8 hours???????i grew up in weatherford i know how 2 faced they are. in the 3 months my husband has been there he has been moved 4 times and still has not got to see his lawyer. from my understanding these 2 men killed themselves within a week maybe that should send up some flags.now parker county is privitizing their jail.

its been 105 days and my husband still hasnt spoke to his attorney. do u wanna now how 2 faced parker county is? they hold prisoners on a felony charge when the actual case is a civil matter. or they let them sit there to sit there on a probable cause warrant, they indite without their lawyers present and make them sit in interriagtion till prisoner tell them waht they wanna hear. my husband is there cause his mom wrote a statement to put him there

If you knew Frank as well as you say you did, then you should know he would NEVER do anything like that! You say you've heard from all three girls in the home, well I have talked to both sisters and neither belive their father did this. And, if Frank did do this to his step daughter, then why did her boyfriend try to kill himself and say he was sorry for what he did? He obviously was helping the step daughter to lie. There is no evidence that this happened! It is crap that someone can accuse someone else of something and make them feel like their life is over; his wife of 15 years turned against him within a blink of an eye, he felt he had no other option. Even if he was found not guilty, he knew his life would never be the same. They will all get what is coming to them in the end for causing such a wonderful man's death! I don't know why they are listing it as a suicide when the blood test haven't even come back from Parker County stating wether or not he was drugged. America's Most Wanted should never have put him on there, he was never questioned by police, he did not know they were looking for him until they got in contact with him, at that point he was on his way back to Texas to turn himself in. How does that warrent beging on America's Most Wanted? It makes you think about all of the other people listed on there, are they really guilty of what it says? Funny how America's Most Wanted states that he had an innapropriate relationship with an inmate, if that really happened, would he have been a police officer after he left there? Do you really think they would allow him to do that? If you thought of this man as your dad and you believe these lies, then you are ignorant! Forget what I said in the last comment.I didn't read the ones before it and maby I was wrong to say what I said before.Most of the comments i've read from these other people do make sence like how would he be able to hang himself from a table or how he evan got the radio cord.From my understanding it seems that maby the guards killed him and set it up so it looked like he killed himself but they did a poor lob of it.I know the guy pretty well and I know how he is so I dought he killed himself and I think that the daughter just set him up for some twisted stupid reason and if so then for what reason?

These jails are horrible places to be in. Not only do you have to watch your back from other inmates, but the jailers as well. SOciety judges far too quickly and inaccurately on information reporters dictate (they've judged too). Recall many inmates are exanorated because a few are given permission to use DNA technology to prove their innocense. Lives are ruined and destroyed because society wants retrobution at all costs. I have knowledge of Parker County and other jails some are worse than others. I wouldn't put a dog in these conditions.
