Just because you have trouble with the law doesn't mean the whole city is bad. Why not keep your nose out of other peoples business.
Maybe YOU should move and watch the property value GO UP!!! If you don't like it, well then MOVE!!
Hopefully with NEW people moving in and pushing idiots like you out, the city will progress forward.
NO city anywhere in this big ole US of A is perfect. Its the people who live there is what makes a home and good neighborhood.

So you agree PB is not the place described in the first post, but you would prefer to deceive honest people looking for a safe place to live. People should know what kind of place they are moving to.
PB should be flattened and made in to a park for all the good honest residents of azle to use.

If you think there is a perfect city, PLease let us all in on it, well as least the decent folks.
Just because YOu may not like Pelican bay doesn't mean all people do. It's just a shame that a few bad apples can spoil the pie.
All cities, no matter the size have their problems and problem neighbors, this city is no different.
And who knows, someday it may be a part of Azle.

I agree with the first post, it is a very nice place and a great location on the lake. Sorry you disagree.

No perfect cities; you are absolutely correct, but be very careful what you wish for. If any one thinks that PB is messed up now, just wait until the Azle politicians get started!

Politicians will be the down fall of us all!!

I truely hope that Azle never takes over Pelican Bay. And from what I've heard and know this won't happen for many, many years to come, if ever.
This city is a beauty in the rough, if only ALL who live there would take pride in their homes, etc, but then again look at any neighborhood and there are the "slums", no matter the location, city or town.

If anyone asks me I would recommend Pelican Bay. it's future growth is unlimited, in the right hands.

Its the simple minded folks like yourself that make ANY neighborhood look bad. As for the rest of us, well lets just say, you're not included. You couldn't afford your way out of a brown paper bag.

you can goggle "homes for sale in Pelican Bay" or enter an address of a home that has a sign in the yard.
Also go to the MLS listings for your zip code (76020). You may see a lot in Azle but by entering Pelican Bay you'll see what's out there.
There is a really nice home on Gilley Trail and Pelican Drive North and I know the sellers and they are anxious to sell, check it out
It's a double wide with two sheds, enclosed patio room and covered carport. PLus many extras.
Stop by and talk with the owners.
Good Luck

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Leo

Perhaps it's the fact that it's Christmas Eve and everyone is busy, but you can't help feeling that you're walking on eggshells around certain people. Their emotions are very close to the surface and could erupt at a moment's notice, perhaps in a storm of tears or a fit of pique. Calm them down and ask if you can do anything to help.
