Jane - Pelican Bay
|
What they won't tell you is that the city of Pelican Bay was responsilble for paying for the removal of the equipment per the chief's contract. The city never paid the bill. It is funny that only hours after Mr. Frankum files for Sheriff in Kaufman Co. Chief Towns calls the Sheriff in Kaufman Co to have Mr. Frankum arrested. That usually doesn't happen in law enforcement, except when politically motivated. Beside anyone who lives in Pelican Bay knows the PD is run by Rene McWhorter.

Frankum Rocks
|
I live in Pelican Bay and I was under the impression that after voicing her support for everything AT FIRST, RW then does a 180 and spends all her time getting rid of what she originally was all for. Instead of running out every chief, officer and mayor we get, maybe we should just get rid of Renee?

Frankum was asked to return the equipment MANY times but refused. The company that installed the equipment removed it for him free of charge. Just another one of his attempts to scam the citizens of Pelican Bay. It wasn't until days after the warrant was issued, that Frankum had his wife return the stolen equipment to his buddy, Mayor Tolbert. Tolbert received the "stolen equipment" and therefore became an accessory. The truth is coming out. There is much more to come.

If having a council person who wants the laws followed makes her a target, she has weathered the attacks very well. as stated before, frankum fooled everyone and some poor saps still believe this man, but when she finally saw his true colors she informed the agencies to what he was doing. why not look into the right stories before spreading lies about the only person who believes in the laws set by the state of Texas and the city of PB> if officers, mayors or any others quit while she was on council, guess they were going against the laws and they knew she would report them... Only crooks run when they are about to be caught... from what I'm hearing now, the police department is being run by an honest, 27 year PD officer. The city is improving under the directions of this new chief...
