This is just fine and dandy - however, Ottumwa and Fort Dodge should receive first consideration since they have been waiting for 2 years for approval. Hopefully, corners won't be cut (like they were when Burlington opened their land-based casino without, evidently, going through the proper channels). Seemed like they just slipped that in somehow....let's not see that again!
