As someone who had the pleasure of working with Trooper Fox, hearing of his death was tragic news. He was a young and talented officer with a bright future ahead. Unfortunately, this type of disastrous accident is not as infrequent as we think. Many people are having accidents due to inattentiveness behind the wheel. Ms. Valencia is a young woman who has to carry the guilt of this tragedy for the rest of her life. Moreover, with a reckless driving charge, she is facing a criminal conviction with the possibility of spending up to 12 months in jail.
