No one is telling employees they can't smoke, its just that they can't smoke while working, not an uncommon rule in private companies. There is no smoking anywhere in the building I work in, including within 10 feet away of all entrances. Nice work Board of Health!

i'm a non-smoker but this whole issue stinks, why would anyone encourage the BOH for enacting this?
i'm surprised all the screaming liberals and ACLU isn't all over this infringement on personal freedom. A contractor in his own vehicle , what a waste of my hard earned tax dollars
