We have homeless people living in tents and such but now the BoH is getting off thier a** for something that is as stupid as it could be. I'm a non-smoker and if someone wants to smoke they have to go outside as it is, but now the idiots of AYER are trying to go further. i'm pretty positive a snowplow contractor plowing the streets in the middle of the night won't have his children in the truck with him. The kitchen's in some local food establishments look awful,as do the rest rooms, trash piled up against the sides of some homes are a hazard, select some real health issues and enforce them. This is a joke? right?

Just for the sake of curiousity..after the smokers...the overweight...the soda addicts... and the meat addicts...where do the drinkers fit into your dastardly plans?
