Disbelief, stinging his nose.? What a joke. Many WWII vets were exposed to smoke everywhere 70 years ago. Can't anything be written in plain language without all the drama?

In areas with bans, the kids have to go INSIDE the bars to get away from seeing people smoking, after walking past the panhandlers, hookers, and drug dealers that hang outside the bars waiting for smokers to come outside. The bar owner has no control over the PUBLIC street.

This has NOTHING to do with a ban in bars. This has EVERYTHING to do with a bunch of selfish smokers ignoring a ban. Hit them where it hurts. Make the fine expensive so that they will not want to do it again. The smokers do not seem to understand any other way,except maybe putting the smoke out by rubbing it in the sand while it is still in their mouth.
Maybe Charles Atlas would then come up with a body building kit for the nicotine weakened tobacco addicts.

Free enterprise made us the greatest nation in the world. We no longer have free enterprise, every thing is now regulated by the government. Not one thing has the government ever done that has worked. Now the government Is many times bigger than when I grew up. No longer is our money backed by gold. It is worthless paper. You will soon see how worthless. Last year 50% of our wages went to some form of tax. This year it will be 60% to 70%, depending on what else they tax us on before the end of the year. The bigger the government the higher the taxes. Obama has hired so far 78,000 new government employees maybe more. Many were hired in as FEMA, homeland security. Guess who gets to pay their wages and benefits that are better than most Americans have. You do. Guess which congress gave their self a raise this year but denied the elderly on Social security a raise.

This is a very dangerous road the public is taking in regard to enacting smoking bans with false science as the basis! Tobacco Control organizations like the American Cancer Society, ASH, Tobacco Free Kids, etc., have become nothing but Perception Management firms. They are paid to CREATE "truth". Created truth is controllable. PM uses select information involving falsehood and deception. Really smoke and mirrors to get people to believe what they want the "truth" to be. Perception Management as a rule uses deception to influence emotions to an end. The difference between real and perception is like a stick of dynamite and the A-bomb. Wars can be created using Perception Management! Everyone, really, has seen PM in practice, and small business owners are experiencing this with legislation against their Constitutional rights. It requires absolutely no courage to support a popular position, even if completely wrong or illegal.

Outdoor bans are even crazier than indoor bans. The chemical make-up of shs is nearly 94% water vapor and A SLIGHT AMOUNT OF CARBON DIOXIDE with about 3% being carbon monoxide AND 3% CONTAINING THOSE SUPPOSED KILLER CARCENOGENS.........

I have been at the park and seen parents decreatly sneaking away from the cround for a smoke, no harm done.(except to themself)As for butts or any other trash being thrown on the ground...litter is one thing that there should be a fine for!!!!

Post office is broke. As for the wars you need to learn more history, yes we won but our companies supported both sides.
We are building a highway right now that goes from Mexico to Canada which will take away many American jobs. In fact it already has taking many jobs. Medicare is broke, the government is broke and has created so much debt that we can never pay back. 911 was let happen so they could give you the patriot act and create the homeland security. The patriot act takes away all your freedom and rights. Read it. John Kennedy was the last halfway good president. He was killed because he wanted to abolish the federal reserve among other things.
I want our country run by the constitution unlike you who push to have it abolished. I want our money backed by gold so it will be worth something. I want a smaller government run as the constitution says it should be run. We had free enterprise for almost 200 years and it made us the greatest country in the world. Well over 40 million unemployed, Half the country is using food stamps. 500,000 plus a month are losing their jobs. well over a million kids living on the streets. Millions have lost their homes do to no jobs. Obama is turning our economy and our sovereignty over to foreign countries. Health care and the cap an trade will kill this country. We are already broke. Medicare is broke and very badly run, so where is the money going to come from to pay for health care. Cap and trade will lower your standard of living. This is just a very little of what is going on in this country. So you think all this is doing just great.
