The harlot Church claims Mary remained a virgin throughout her life never having any more children. In Psalm 69:4-9 about our Lord we find a problem with the CATs view. This requires no interpretation skills, it is plain to the point. Mary was a MOTHER of SONS for which Jesus was an alien.

Psalm 69:4-9, "Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; Those who would destroy me are powerful, being wrongfully my enemies, What I did not steal, I then have to restore. 5O God, it is Thou who dost know my folly, And my wrongs are not hidden from Thee. 6May those who wait for Thee not be ashamed through me, O Lord God of hosts; May those who seek Thee not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel, 7Because for Thy sake I have borne reproach; Dishonor has covered my face. 8I have become estranged from my brothers, and an alien to my “mother’s sons.” 9For zeal for Thy house has consumed me, And the reproaches of those who reproach Thee have fallen on me.”

If you claim this literally then according to v5, Jesus was prophesied to be a sinner.

Scripture is not for private interpretation. This is a good example of why God said that.

No that does not say he is a sinner. For someone against private interpretation you sure do it a great deal when you think it helps you. The passage is widely viewed about Jesus even CATs say so. You just don't like that part about Mary having sons do you

So you are saying that Jesus was prophesied as a sinner in v5?

I am one of Blessed Mary's sons.(Why don't you call Mary Blessed? The Bible specifically says to.)

Revelation 12:17

Then the dragon became angry with the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring, those who keep God’s commandments and bear witness to Jesus.

So you are fast at ignorance. Is that an advantage. Your interpretation does not mean nothing to the CC. In fact it doesnt mean much to the other 40,000 non-Catholic ecclesial communities out there either.

It is new. A couple hundred years old

It is the sound of crickets in the night to me.

The primary reason for me posting this was to show people that Catholics do indeed try to “interpret” scripture. There are a few ways they look at Psalm 69 trying to explain away MOTHERS SONS. They take their doctrine that Mary remained a virgin and from there cut to pieces Psalm 60 with their private interpretation. Some CATs say the "mother" reference in Psalm 69 could refer to a female ancestor of the Messiah. Others say plenty of things in Psalm 69 foreshadow Christ but David was the subject when it mentions MOTHERS SONS. And the CATs say they do not try to interpret scripture, yeah right. They just don’t do that they twist scripture to fit their pet doctrines.

Psalm 69 is a Messianic Psalm since Jesus quoted it in reference to Himself two times. It not about David or any a female ancestor of the Messiah.

Jesus quotes Psalm 69:4 in John 15:25, "But they have done this in order that the word may be fulfilled that is written in their Law,'they hated Me without a cause.'"

John 2:16-17 another reference from Psalm 69, "and to those who were selling the doves He said, "Take these things away; stop making My Father's house a house of merchandise." His disciples remembered that it was written,'Zeal for Thy house will consume me.”

John 7:5 says "For not even His brothers were believing in Him."

You CATs take off your blinders for the harlot has you deceived so great you cannot see the forest for the trees. The truth lay right before your eyes and you are blind to it because you rather hold dear to the harlot.

There you go again trying to interpret scripture, that is a no-no. Shame on you. You crack me up. You tell everybody here not to do do that but its okay for you right.

I was taught by the Church, the owner of the Bible. Without the Church, there would be no Bible.

Every Prot would have their own book instead of their translation and meaning. Like when Campbell wrote his own NT.

Scriptures are just ink and paper for those who make ups what it means.

Nobody ever said she wasn't Bless. Grabriel said it' Bless among women"
