Hey Paul,
The issue isnt nor ever has been the fact that they are good or bad workers. If we allowed people in this country because of the amount of work they did YOU would probably be deported. If you want to open up the borders to people who will work for a sandwich a day so you can be their boss than you arent a human being in the first place. I sincerely pity you and people who think like you. My advice to you is go back to wherever you came from because you are certainly not an American. |

i am an american, i have served in our armed services, i have been to iraq, i pay my taxes, and have never collected unemployment. i have NEVER hired ANY illegal workers. yes i has about 3 working for me, but that was ONLY because the previous manager had hired them. i could not in good concious fire them just because of where they were born. the rest of the crew i had no problem letting go because i had tangable reasons to fire them (theft, no shows). as i have said before, i believe in fair treatment for all and while i do believe that legal citizens should have jobs before illegals, the illegals should be able to have jobs too (preferably in there own country). no as far as my work ethics.... summers sence i was 14 i would have 2 full time jobs and 1 part time job. i would be working from 6 am till 11pm most days, the then i was still working in the evenings. i have done every kind of work from construction to pharmacy tech. ive stocked shelves, and sailed around the world. i can weld almost any metal to most any other kind using several diffrent methods. i have faced fires that you would be scared to watch on tv, and i was there in a steel box with nothing but an air bottle on my back, and a co2 bottle in my hand. i may be 24 years old, but i have been places, seen things, and done more then most people twice my age. i know what its like to work my ass off only to have my job taken away by someone who will do it for half the pay. i have had my job taken and sent to india. so, before you say that someone should be deported because of there work ethic.... you should think twice. i pity you because you have probably never seen the snow caped mouintins of greese, or felt the true raw power of the open sea. you are probably one of the closed minded right wing concervitives that thinks there is no global warming and wouldent think to role down the window of your bmw or mabey you have a hummer (guess u cant get one at home???) to give the change in your pocket to the homeless guy on the corner. whell, i believe in karma. you will get yours in the end. your bible says that the meek shal inherit the earth... i believe that those who care for mother earth will. so, i hope that you can open your eyes and see what is happening to your fellow man, not just how much it costs to fill up your tank and i call you a coward for not e-mailing me directly. i call you out to e-mail me, it is greenzero13@gmail.com bring it on!!! |

When you learn how to spell and when you learn how to converse coherently, let me know. Until then go back to McDonalds and the 3 amigos of yours and try not to drop any burgers on the floor, please.
I made my point and I stand by it. |

Richard, Who are you praying to, God or G-d? Its important.

excuse me for not using spell check or having a collage education. you sound like your mommy and daddy had to pay your way. im sorry ive had to work my whole life, and im sorry that you will never struggle. im sorry that you will never feel the excitement of completing a long and hard project that you have put blood sweat and tears into. and by the way, when i left mcdonalds i was probably making more than any other person 19 years of age. and i still call you a coward for not e-mailing me directly. if you cant say something directly to someone, then why say it. so again, bring it on |
||||
Do you have capital letters on that McDonalds computer of yours? I think you base your life on how much money you make and how many people will work for you or under you for little pay. I think that excites you and makes you feel like you've accomplished something. Its actually borderline Satanic, but you dont have the conscience to realize it. Why dont you sell drugs or make an ass of yourself as a comedian for money if its money that drives you. You dont know whether to crap or wind your watch. |

Let's see all of you walk a mile in their shoes, in their home countries. Then you might know why a lot of them make the choice to come to america and have a chance at some speckle of normal lives. but i can see american's (including myself) are selfish and don't want to share the wealth, and promises, and "american" dreams. it seems people think they deserve jobs over others just because they were born in the us. many of the new american generation are lazy/incompetant. they can't appreciate the awesome opportunities america offers to all looking to take hold.

this just saddens me to think that all we got to think about is who belongs and who dont.the city spends more time and money and long hours on stupid stuff like this when we have one of the worst problems going on that have nothing to do with jobs. and by the way most of the time companies come to your house and over charge you and thats why the little guy gets hired.(and thats american right)we have way to many bigger problems out there like all the MOLESTERS,RAPIST,MURDERERS.tha ts our cities biggest problems.and the biggest percent of them are red blooded americans who are commiting these crimes.the city needs to focus on what is important and this is not one of them.this city is very high in the crime rate.if they cant afford to go out there and find criminals what makes you think they are gonna afford to go after people who are illegel.palm bay needs to put important matters first.i have lived in this town for over 20 years and never has this been a problem.the problems the city has is progressing everyday.it might be you that wakes up in the morning just to walk out your door and get killed or raped, mogged,robbed.thats this cities biggest issues.

Well,there goes half the work force.

The reason this measure failed, and rightfully so, is that it tried to include minors (plenty of burger flipping jobs they work at), sex offenders and felons (both that, if they are in society verses jail, should be up to the employeer to decide and the probation officer if they are on probation, else, they have a right, and perhaps even a greater need than most, to work)
Keep it on a illegal alien working and this would have been a clearcut undeniable win...its when you start adding unconstitutional measures and witchhunts when it fails. if I want a former drug dealer from 10 years ago who did his time to help me paint cars at my shop, who the hell does the government on any level tell me I cant? how is a sex offender a threat if he is simply helping me run network cord at a business office? make sense, stop looking for witches to burn or else you will never solve the actual problems...the problems are illegal aliens, not felons, minors flipping burgers, sex offenders, pagans, evolutionists, or anything else that is legal and american...if you dont want to hire them, then dont...and use logical laws (which are already in place) a bank robber wont get a job at a bank already a sex offender wont get a job at a daycare a minor wont get a job at a strip club a drug dealer wont get a job at a chemist focus people, stop tossing random stuff into the bills that are not only unconstitutional, but also not very christian, or even simply principled. I defend every citizens right to work...blackmarking one catagory is a step towards facism, no matter what your feelings on them...if they have a legal right to work in the country, then they should work and be encouraged/helped to become productive verses destuctive (would you rather have a gainfully employeed former burgler with something to lose in your neighborhood, or a desperate cant find a job and starving burgler? which one are you arguing for? The road to hell is paved with good intentions. |

There isnt a politician in Florida thats against illegal aliens. They are breaking our laws and we arent enforcing them. Why should anyone bother following any law when our government is clearly guilty of numerous crimes?
Anyone who trusts a politician of any kind these days has to be a traitor to America because all these politicians are traitors to the core. They want cheap labor in and you out-period. |
