does anyone know how the conditions are in Avon? I have a house there and cannot find an update?

There is live news on hatteras island scheduled for 11am today, but I am not sure which news channel. Rumor is the wind damage was nothing like isabel but that the sound surged across island at the end of the storm once the wind died down.
