Avon Lake's own sewer cesspool

The Jaycox Rd sewer outlet located west of 32316 Lake Rd. is getting deeper and bigger. During heavy rainfall, the sanitary sewer spills over into the storm sewer and pools in front of the discharge pipe. The silt action from the lake builds a dam and prevents the sewage to drain into the lake and it remains there; black, stkinking raw sewage. Condoms, toilet paper and unidentified objects are floating in the sewage.
Avon Lake Municipal Utilities is aware of the cesspool and told the neigboring residents that they would extend the pipe approximately 150 feet which would eliminate the sewer cesspool. The last three years, their enginer, Mr Gaydar,
surveyed the area twice, ensuring the neighboring residents that they would extend the pipe come spring. Spring comes and goes and the cesspool flourishes and smells up the neigborhood. In the summer, children swim and play next to the sewage. Could this be a contributing factor to the high rate of luekemia?

lived in avon lake for over 30 years,I cant believe there not a cork big enough to plug the pipe! I didnt remember what fresh air smelled like untill I moved to montana, come out and give it a try, everyone welcome.
