This is a town where the dog warden doesn't seem to want to bother to enforce the State Anti-Roaming law, or have much regard for the safety of the public either.
There's so many irresponsible dog owners who live or walk in that area who think they can get away with letting their dogs run loose, off a leash, or even let a dog who's on a retractable leash, who is a large, dangerous breed run right UP to someone, even a disabled person!
If you want to stay safe, and alive, we wouldn't advise you walking in East Hartford. There's lots of deer there too, and if you walk near the woods, you could get Lyme Disease also.
If your dog is attacked in East Hartford, and the dog attacking yours doesn't even have a dog collar on it, nor a rabies tag, the dog warden won't even bother to verify the attacking dog has got a Rabies Shot!
That's super dangerous, for people don't get Rabies shots. It is very expensive too, to get shots after you've come in contact with an animal that has Rabies, like about $1000!
And if your dog gets attacked by someone who thinks it's their "right" to allow their dog to run out of their yard, they'll just yell, scream & swear at you, and tell you you cannot walk down their street!
That violating people's basic civil rights!
East Hartford is a very dangerous town now! The town's mayor needs to do a large housecleaning with the public servants she's employed, or she's going to lose even more business & revenue there.
And more people are going to start suing the town of East Hartford again!
And they got a right to also! People have a right to stay safe, stay alive and have liberty in their lives!

Don't walk in the area off Silver Lane from Forbes Street up to Oak Street, because that's one of the most dangerous areas of the town of East Hartford.

There's so many aggressive dogs whose owners have fences in their backyard, like Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, yet they feel they have the right to allow their dogs to not only run loose in their yard, but roam OFF their property too!
That's illegal. Calling the town of East Hartford though, won't do any good at all.

You can call them about heavy tree limbs hanging on power lines before a 70 mph wind storm that CL&P didn't take care of, and the Police Department of East Hartford won't do a thing about it!

Gosh, they have so little regard for people's safety! Why is that town so heavily taxed if they have such negligent public servants working there?

Those aggressive dogs are running loose in the front yards, too, where there is NO fence at all!
Want to let the public know this, for people have a right to stay safe & alive!

Connecticut has become known for its corruption too, sadly enough, and so many police don't really have much regard at all for the public's safety!

It's very sad. They need to start firing these negligent police officers and hire decent ones instead! Ones who don't feel they have the right to violate people's safety or their civil rights either!

That's about what the state of Connecticut, in many towns is becoming, a very dangerous place to live, or even visit! How sad!

Ladies & disabled people WATCH OUT FOR A MAN WALKING A HUGE ROTTWEILER HE DELIBERATELY ALLOWS TO right UP to you & your dog, because He IS WALKING THE HUGE POWERFUL ROTTWELER on a 20 FT RETRACTABLE LEASH!!
HE'LL PUT YOU LIFE IN DANGER by letting this huge Rottweiler run right UP to you & your dog (especially if you dog is a lot smaller than HIS large unneutered Rottweiler) right next to a super busy street where you'd end up easily getting hit by a car driving close to 45 mph next to a major thoroughfare.
Rottweiler owner is also stalking a woman on a narrow bikepath up near Veteran's Memorial, screaming & terrorizing her, when she's asked him to keep the Rottweiler AWAY from her & her much smaller dog!
He's come after her with this huge Rottweiler, even in a church yard, right on Silver Lane, a major thoroughfare.
The guy lives in East Hartford, on a road to Stop& Shop on Forbes Street but has out of state Vermont license plates, though he's lived there for over 6 months.
Believe that's against the law, along with terrorizing women on purpose again & again.
The major claims that town is safe, but due to these dangerous men & extremely corrupt police officers (who even let their K9 dogs run loose out of public stores in OTHER towns) East Hartford is extremely dangerous place to walk your dog, if you're disabled or female!!

Beware of this guy, ladies, he'll put your life in jeopardy & simply does NOT care either!!
