Joseph A.Valentino, of Tinton Falls, N.J. was fined $1,000 and has been banned from owning animals for five years after being convicted of animal cruelty on Tuesday for duct taping a dog's mouth and using a power drill to trim the dog's nails. Full Story

Not allowed to own animals for 5 years? should have been for life. And I'd like to see him duct taped and choked, see how he liked it. Personally, he's a waste of space better used by anything else.
