NJ's Tent City homeless camp to get a reprieve
#1 Feb 5, 2013
There is every reason to expect continued pressure on the governments, officials, and agencies of Lakewood Township, NJ and Ocean County, NJ to circumvent the intent of the Ocean County Superior Court judge`s ruling. In fact, the Township has already stated its intention to pursue the imposition of fines at $1,000 per day per individual violation, which would probably amount to a very intimidating tens of thousands of dollars per day (selective prosecution?).

Maybe they should have the same lawyers as the guy who buried all that Orthodox artifacts and garbage on someone else's property. He got away with it.
