Found this while looking for info on an aparent hit and run incident on Saturday, 7/21/07 in Avoca
between Bath and Chohocton NY. We saw a man lying
on the road, turned around and came back to assist. Car behind us stopped and ran back as we
drove back to where the man was. He called 911 and NYS Police arrived & summoned an ambulance. Victim is George (B -?), who said whoever hit him
drove off. He said he was freezing so we left a picnic sprad with the officer and went on home knowing the ambulance was on the way. Wondering if victim is ok and if they found whoever hit him and left the scene. Thanks for any info. I hope he got medical help in time and is ok.
